    head of the Turkmen National Bloc, Mukhtar al-Moussawi, threatened, on Sunday, that representatives of Turkmen will not attend the session of granting confidence if his component does not receive a service ministry, while he warned against belittling the right of the third largest component in Iraq.
    Moussawi said in a statement to the "information", that "the eight Turkmen deputies will be outside the voting session for the new Al-Kazemi government," noting that "the component will never accept the nomination of anyone to occupy the Turkmen seat in the Al-Kazemi government except by returning to the Turkmen representatives."
