The speaker of the Iraqi parliament, Muhammad al-Halbousi, revealed important details about the shape of the cabinet of Mustafa al-Kazemi, who is assigned to the prime minister.

Al-Halbousi said in a televised meeting that "all the names in Al-Kazemi's cabin need to be audited, some of which have been audited and reached the House of Representatives, and the next 48 hours will be a session of granting confidence and all political forces must be aware of the seriousness of the real crisis in Iraq and the status of the country requires a full-fledged government."
He added, "Al-Kazemi went ahead with the understandings of the political forces, which feared that opposition parties would come, so I reserved names in the cabins of the person in charge. The political forces have no choice but to vote on Al-Kazemi's government."
"The Alliance of Iraqi Forces is the representative of the liberated areas and the Sunni component thus has the right to accept or reject people," Halbousi said, revealing "our view on forming a government is to be a government of parties and not individuals, and we support a strong government adopted by political forces."
He referred to "Muhammad Tamim's nomination for the position of Deputy Prime Minister," noting that "the names submitted by Al-Kazemi were presented to the political forces and the parties have the right to accept or reject, and in reality, the government must be away from the parties."
Al-Halbousi added, "In the period of the resigned Prime Minister, Adel Abdul-Mahdi, the government formed within 23 days, as political forces were unanimous in nominating a certain personality and stood behind it and negotiated with others to accept it." In the field, Muhammad Allawi came through a political consensus and returned to the country from which he came. "
“Al-Kazimi's tools inside and outside Iraq are very successful, and Muhammad Allawi is a politician with distinction and claimed independence and we did not have confidence in his options to reflect the reality of Al-Kazemi,” he added.
Al-Halbousi went on to say, "The reality of the situation forces us not to challenge the options of the Shiite house and we cannot break the wills, and the Sunnis and Kurds cannot proceed with the language of numbers and if they go under a loser, and we support what the forces concerned went to choose Al-Kazemi," noting that "the withdrawal of a party to reject them as a cabin The person charged with their opinion is respected; but shall we go to the opposition without a reason? "
He pointed out, "Al-Kazimi's position in his governmental curriculum is a year as a date for early elections." He continued, "and to resolve the controversy over the electoral law, it included several essential points, including electoral constituencies. The evidence available for the Ministry of Planning 2010 will be used, and it is possible to merge more than one constituency." By dividing the districts, this matter has been resolved, and the Electoral Law is based, and only my signature remains. "
Commenting on negotiating with Al-Kazemi about the shares of political forces in the new cabinet, Al-Halbousi explained, “The shares have not been negotiated and the same ministerial equation will remain in Al-Kazemi’s 12 ministries for the Shi’ites, 6 for the year, 3 for the Kurds, and a Ministry for components. Any other ministry and the response was negative, and the situation will remain as it is, but it can be dealt with in the next government. "
