[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The Federal Board of Financial Supervision revealed a specific methodological plan with time limits to complete the state's final accounts for successive years.
The Deputy Chairman of the Board, Qaisar Ghazi, stated to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / that "there were many problems in previous years that delayed the submission of the financial statements of the ministries to the Ministry of Finance, which collects and unifies all that data in the ministries and sends it to the Federal Board of Financial Supervision."
He explained: "There are some real obstacles in submitting and completing these accounts."
He added: "Under the direct direction of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani, and with intensive efforts and coordination between the Board of Financial Supervision and the Ministry of Finance, more than one joint meeting was held for the Ministry of Finance, the concerned parties and the Board of Financial Supervision, and a specific methodological plan was developed with dates and timetables for the readiness of the final accounts for the remaining years."
He continued, "The final accounts of the ministries individually are moving forward to be approved for successive years, until 2023," indicating: "The last final account of the state that was approved was for the year 2014, and the final account for the year 2015 was sent to the Council of Ministers to refer it to the House of Representatives, and the final account for the year 2016 was completed," noting that "the Financial Supervision Bureau is working to confirm the final account for the year 2017." /End5[/rtl]
