Sulaymaniyah hosts the “Made in Iraq” exhibition

The activities of the Sulaymaniyah International Exhibition for National Industries will begin today, Thursday, in its second session, with the participation of a large number of local companies in the public and private sectors, and will continue for four days.
Assistant Director General of the Sulaymaniyah International Fair, Shawqi Omar, told “Al-Sabah”: The exhibition began its various activities in its second session under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade and Industry in the region and the federal government under the slogan “Made in Iraq,” with the participation of approximately 150 local companies from the public and private sectors and will continue for a period of time. Four days, noting the participation of a large number of merchants, industrialists, chambers of commerce and industry in the region and from neighboring countries, Iran and Turkey. He explained that the exhibition aims to pay attention to the field of industries, national investment, and the development of factories, companies, and laboratories, in addition to learning about everything new in the field of trade, products, and corporate goods, and direct meeting between merchants, industrialists, and investors in various fields.
Omar pointed out that the exhibition enables everyone to meet new people, communicate with them, obtain information and exchange experiences through seminars held during the exhibition days, stressing its contribution to creating job opportunities as well as encouragement and motivation for marketing products, factories and plants.
