[size=15]The House of Representatives began holding its session chaired by Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi on Saturday, placing the laws on borrowing and elections, which most of its paragraphs voted , at the top of its agenda.[/size]
[size=15]Media reports said today (October 24, 2020), "The session was held after it was postponed from its scheduled date for more than an hour, due to disputes over the various departments in the election law . "[/size]
[size=15]The agenda of the session includes 15 paragraphs, foremost of which is the completion of the first reading of the law "Financing the deficit in the 2020 budget", which was submitted by the Minister of Finance, to request internal borrowing. This year, fueling spending.[/size]
