Abdul Latif: Passing the Federal Court law on the condition of the Kurds is a major disaster

On Monday, Judge Wael Abdel-Taif considered passing the Federal Court law in its current form a major disaster under one of the Kurds 'conditions, indicating that the Kurds' condition to pass court decisions by consensus will stop any decision against their interests.
Abdul Latif said to / the information / that "the decisions of the Federal Court are passed by the majority or by the majority and cannot pass by consensus as desired by the Kurds."
He added that "the condition of the Kurds and their insistence on passing the paragraph of court decisions by consensus is intended not to pass any law in the House of Representatives that the Kurds do not want or against their interests. We must pay attention to it and not pass any decision by the majority."
He continued, "The other dispute concerning the Islamic jurist is the other is illegal, and the jurist cannot be more than an advisor to the Federal Court."
