The three presidencies in Iraq congratulated the new Iranian President Ibrahim Raisi on his victory in the Iranian elections.
The President of the Republic, Barham Salih, discussed by phone with the chiefs of relations in the political, security, economic, commercial and cultural fields, and joint coordination in order to enhance security and stability throughout the region,
and Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi stressed, in a phone call with Raisi, the importance of strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries, and his aspiration to More joint cooperation in various fields.
For his part, Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi called on the new Iranian president, during his congratulation, to develop relations between the two countries and advance them to a broader horizon.
