The Integrity Commission announced, today, Tuesday, the recruitment of the governor of Babylon against the background of the illegal appointment of 2,460 daily wages in the governorate’s Agriculture Directorate, noting that the recruitment order included the former governor of Babylon as well.
The Commission's Investigation Department, while talking about the details of the case being investigated, reported that the investigation court specialized in looking into integrity issues in the province of Babil had issued a summons order for the governor; Based on the provisions of Article (331) of the Penal Code, explaining that the order came against the background of an investigation into the issue of appointing (2,460) daily wage earners in the Governorate’s Agriculture Directorate.
The department continued, indicating that the recruitment order included the former governor of Babylon as well, noting that the recruitment order issued against the complained of came; On the background of the investigation into the issue of issuing orders to appoint daily wage earners, in violation of the instructions for implementing the general budget for the year 2019.
