The representative of the Sadiqoun parliamentary bloc, Ahmed Rahim, warned against the government's rebellion against the decisions of the judiciary, especially with regard to the court's decision regarding the Abu Ragheef Committee.
Rahim told Al-Maalouma, "The government is rebellious against the decisions of the judiciary, as there is no institution in Iraq more important than the judicial institution, as all authorities should submit to the judicial authorities."
He added, "The Prime Minister is the one behind the formation of the Abu Ragheef Committee, and he is the one who is trying to delay the decision of the Federal Court, so the caretaker prime minister must implement the judiciary's decision and not delay it."
And he indicated that “the Prime Minister and in the event of his rebellion against judicial decisions, how about others, and therefore the formation of this committee is against the law, especially since it committed many violations, and the judiciary is clearer and its position on it, and the government must implement the decision and arrest those against whom arrest warrants have been issued so that the decision is in the hands of The judiciary regarding Abu Ragheef and others in charge of this committee.” finished 25
