Earth News/ The Director General of the Execution Department, Bashar Ahmed Muhammad, announced today, Wednesday, the revenues generated by the Department during the year 2021.
Ahmed said in a statement received by “Earth News” that “the total amounts of revenues amounted to (24,5000.658.184) billion dinars, at a rate of (23.297.675.050) billion dinars as judicial fees, in addition to (1,202.983.134), which represent amounts of obsolescence.
And he indicated that “the prescription amounts are the ones that forfeit the right to claim them if the person entitled to them is not reviewed to receive them from the Execution Directorate within five years in accordance with the mechanisms set by the Execution Law No. (45) for the year 1980, amended (Article 117), and upon the expiration of the said period, it is recorded as a revenue to the state treasury.
He continued, "The Directorate of Execution of Karrada recorded the highest percentage of the received trusts, amounting to (35,988,285.522) billion dinars, an amount of (28.988.285.522) billion dinars was disbursed to its beneficiaries, and an amount of (6,744,445.757) billion dinars as judicial fees.
