Today, Thursday, the spokesman for the head of the State of Law Coalition, Hisham al-Rikabi, said that the government of candidate Jaafar al-Sadr will not continue, describing it as being weak and not achieving the aspirations of the Iraqi people.
Al-Rikabi said that any government that will be formed headed by Jaafar al-Sadr or others will be weak and its fate will be the fate of the government of Adel Abdul-Mahdi, unless it is agreed upon.
Al-Rikabi explained that the framework forces will not attend the parliament session on Saturday, indicating that the decisions will crystallize as meetings continue between the framework and deputies of the Sunni and Kurdish components, amid decisions that the framework will adopt and will be announced later.
