Meeting Talabani.. Al-Hakim considers the political majority a "democratic entitlement" provided that balance is preserved
Shafaq News/ The head of the Wisdom Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, considered, on Tuesday, the political majority a democratic entitlement, but he stipulated that maintaining a balance, which he said leads to stability.
Al-Hakim said in a statement received by Shafaq News Agency, "This evening, we received the delegation of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan headed by Bafel Talabani, and we discussed the developments of the political situation and the role of the political blocs in dismantling the current crisis and converging views."
He explained that "the political majority is a democratic entitlement, but with a note of maintaining the balance that leads to stability, leading to the formation of a stable government serving its people."
Al-Hakim pointed out that "the agreement within the political arenas will necessarily lead to the creation of a state of stability within the Iraqi arena in general."
The House of Representatives is scheduled to hold a session to elect the President of the Republic, which requires the attendance of 220 deputies, tomorrow, Wednesday.
