Today, Thursday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani received the Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani, while the two sides discussed government measures in the areas of services and the economy.
The Prime Minister’s Media Office stated in a statement received by Mawazine News, “Al-Sudani received Barzani, and during the meeting, the general situation throughout Iraq was discussed, and a number of files and issues were discussed at the national level. The government measures taken in the areas of services were also discussed.” and the economy, in order to achieve sustainable development, the effects of which will be reflected in the reality of citizens throughout Iraq.”
He added, "The meeting witnessed the discussion of common files and an emphasis on continuing meetings and constructive dialogue, with the aim of addressing them in accordance with the law and the provisions of the Constitution, in a way that achieves the highest interest of the country."
