    [rtl]Al-Rafi'i said that "the Child Welfare Authority is concerned with formulating policies, drafting laws and coordinating between ministries, but it is not an executive body," indicating that the authority has taken the necessary action in many cases related to children, including the last case that occupied social networking sites .[/rtl]
