Sanad: I have 3 cases in the Federal Court against the Prime Minister

The independent MP, Mustafa Sanad, confirmed today, Wednesday, that he has three lawsuits in the Federal Court against the Prime Minister.
Sanad said in a statement, "The Federal Court rejected most of our lawsuits against the Prime Minister and some ministers, on the pretext that the interest (as an aggrieved party) was not achieved."
He added, "I still have the following claims:
1- A lawsuit was filed against the Prime Minister and the Minister of Oil regarding the national oil.
2- A lawsuit against the Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers for transferring sums of money to the region despite the non-payment of the region’s oil dues.
3- Completing the procedures for filing a lawsuit against the Prime Minister regarding the identification papers for academic achievement and the date of birth.
