    Baghdad - IQ  

    The Ministry of Defense called, on Thursday (September 15, 2022) to report the burial sites of Iraqis and Kuwaitis who died in the second Gulf War, in 1991.

    The ministry stated in a statement received by IQ News: "The Iraqi Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs invite those who have information on supposed burial sites. For Iraqi and Kuwaiti missing persons inside Iraqi or Kuwaiti territory, as a result of the second Gulf War of 1991, as well as Kuwaiti property represented in the archives of the Kuwaiti Amiri Archives, to be provided by communicating with Iraqi embassies and consulates abroad or by calling the hotline number and e-mail of the Directorate of Human Rights in the Ministry of Defense In addition to the number of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the phone number of the International Committee of the Red Cross in Baghdad, the phone numbers of the Kuwaiti embassy in Baghdad and the Kuwaiti consulate in the governorates of Basra and Erbil.
