    Today, Wednesday, the Ministry of Education confirmed its intention to end the phenomenon of illiteracy in all governorates. 
    A statement by the ministry stated, "The General Directorate of Education of Babylon / Department of Literacy, conducted an exam for half-educated students for 80 learners," stressing "the ministry's determination to end the phenomenon of illiteracy in all provinces."
    The statement added, "The exams are conducted monthly in accordance with the exam controls and instructions approved in this regard and under the supervision and follow-up by specialized committees from the Literacy Department in each general directorate," explaining that "this exam came to enable the student to obtain a literacy certificate, which is equivalent to the fourth grade of primary school." ".
    He pointed out that "the one who succeeds in the exam can complete his studies and move on to other classes."
