    The decision of the Federal Court, which ruled that (6) decisions of the previous government (2020-2022) regarding providing the region with financial dues were invalid, triggered a wide political debate regarding the fate of the “state administration” alliance, from which the parliamentary support for the current government stems, amid the weighting of 3 scenarios on the horizon of the crisis.

    According to the report, the repercussions of the Federal Court's decision are not limited to the war of statements and statements that have erupted in recent days, in light of expectations that the state administration coalition, which includes the Kurdish forces opposed to the decision, may crack, as well as other political parties that declared their absolute support for the Federal Court and its decisions.   
      
    He pointed out that the Federal Court's decision regarding the funds transferred by the previous government to the Kurdistan region caused the renewal of an old crisis that had been in a state of decline since the formation of the coalition of state administration forces that included Shiite, Kurdish and Sunni parties, and on the basis of which the current government headed by Muhammad Shia'a al-Sudani was formed.
