I've counted the transitional law of laws, and instead of being in harmony with the laws permanent, has been emptied of its content with the passage of time, to be of no importance to his presence!  Even the Iraqi parliament, has been invaded by members of Saddam's party tampered with!  The day comes from uproots was struggling in the Saddam era, or issue a law equals between returning them; with political prisoners, to achieve justice and not marginalize one, everyone masters!  As
