    {Local: Al-Furat News} Today, Tuesday, the National Security Agents Council held its nineteenth session for the year 2023, headed by the National Security Advisor, Qasim Al-Araji, and in the presence of the Council members.
    According to a statement by the National Security Advisory, a copy of which {Al-Furat News} received, the Council discussed "the topics on the agenda, and took the necessary decisions and recommendations regarding them." 
    The Council discussed the topic of (trading securities by companies not licensed by the Securities Commission), and the obstacles and challenges to the research topic were presented and discussed. The Council approved directives that would develop solutions to address these obstacles, including companies not licensed by the Securities Commission. ".
    The Council also reviewed "a number of memorandums of understanding for cooperation with a number of countries, regarding which the Council expressed its observations regarding the security and regulatory aspects."
