A member of the State of Law coalition, Rasul Radhi, confirmed on Wednesday that there are many and large files in the Integrity, Accountability and Justice Department related to Al-Halbousi during his period of assuming power as Speaker of Parliament, pointing out that the removal of this figure from the position will allow the opening of the files in the oversight bodies.

Radi told Al-Maalouma, “There are a number of files available with the Accountability, Justice and Integrity Commission related to Muhammad Al-Halbousi, as these files were not opened during the period he was in power and enjoyed immunity.”
He added, "Halbousi's removal from office may be followed by a move to open the files in the relevant bodies and judicial bodies, in order to hold him accountable and hold him accountable for the issues that were associated with him during his time in power."
He stated that "the dismissed Speaker of Parliament has an album of complaints with the Integrity Commission, in addition to many large files waiting to be opened by the concerned authorities and agencies, as this will result in decisions and rulings against the aforementioned person." Ended 25 n
