    Information/Anbar..
Sheikh Muhammad al-Hamad al-Dulaimi, one of the sheikhs and notables of Anbar Governorate, revealed on Thursday that Muhammad al-Halbousi had allocated more than 50 billion dinars to buy out the debts of voters in Anbar Governorate and other governorates.
Al-Dulaimi said in a statement to Al-Maalouma Agency, “Al-Halbousi allocated more than 50 billion dinars to buy out voters’ debts during the private and public voting operations in Anbar Governorate and other governorates, in addition to allocating 50 million dinars to each of his party’s candidates for electoral propaganda and holding seminars before the date of the elections.” ".
He added, "Al-Halbousi also allocated sums of money to a number of sheikhs and notables of Anbar Governorate to support his party in its endeavor to win the administration of the governorate's affairs, to control its resources and control its affairs according to what the Taqaddum Party deems appropriate."
He explained that "Al-Halbousi referred a number of reconstruction projects to tribal figures in exchange for serving his party and electing its candidates," noting that "Al-Halbousi used government departments as electoral platforms to serve his party's candidates, not to mention his success in assigning the task of the Sunni endowment to a religious figure loyal to the Taqadum Party." Ended / 12a
