[rtl]The Directorate of Civil Status, Nationality and Passports in Nineveh announced the opening of reservations on the national card.[/rtl]
[rtl]The Director General of the Directorate, Brigadier General Khaled Awni Khattab, said, “The reservation link will be open throughout the week in order to speed up the process of issuing the national card to the largest number of residents of the city of Mosul and its administrative units, as there are still large numbers waiting to register as a result of the momentum in reservations to issue the card.” .[/rtl]
[rtl]He continued, "Those under 12 years old have the right to register, as the quarantine will be for each family member, and as for the paper registration copy, it will be dealt with with an exception from the quarantine, as will the electronic registration copy."[/rtl]
[rtl]He pointed out, "Preparing a program that includes several facilities for booking the electronic card, after several appeals regarding the difficulty of booking and in response to the people of the governorate, especially after recording an operation of exploitation by some weak-minded office owners and taking large sums of money from citizens."[/rtl]
