Nechirvan Barzani to the new Qatari ambassador: Good opportunities are available to develop relations

Shafaq News/ The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, confirmed on Tuesday that the level of relations between the region and the State of Qatar is a source of satisfaction.
This came in a meeting with Nechirvan Barzani, President of the Kurdistan Region, with Sultan bin Mubarak Al-Kubaisi, the new ambassador of the State of Qatar to Iraq, according to a statement by the region’s presidency received by Shafaq News Agency.
Barzani expressed his satisfaction with the level of Qatar's relations with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, stressing the availability of good opportunities to develop these relations and expand the horizons of joint cooperation.
For his part, the Qatari ambassador expressed his happiness at assuming his duties as his country's ambassador to Iraq, and stressed that all of Qatar's doors are open to Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, pointing to Qatar's desire to strengthen its relations with Iraq and the Kurdistan Region in the fields of investment, economy, culture and other sectors, according to the statement.
