    The head of the Turkmen Front, Hassan Turan, confirmed on Sunday that there are signs of an agreement between the political parties in Kirkuk Governorate to pass a proposal to rotate the positions of the governor and the head of the provincial council between the three basic components.

    Turan told Al-Maalouma, “The meeting of Prime Minister Muhammad Shia Al-Sudani with the forces and components of Kirkuk was an impetus for creating signs of an agreement between the components on rotating the governorate’s administration between the three main components.”
    He explained, "The meeting with the Sudanese witnessed each party presenting its paper and vision regarding the formation of the Kirkuk government, but the components have not agreed yet."
    Prime Minister Muhammad Shia al-Sudani held two meetings with the political forces of Kirkuk’s components that won the provincial council elections. Ended 25 AD
