The former representative of the Kurdistan region, Salim Hamza, confirmed today, Monday, the continuation of technical treatments to settle the salaries of the region’s employees.

Hamza told Al-Maalouma Agency, “This issue is going well and there are no obstacles or political problems between the governments of Baghdad and Erbil, and this is what the regional government has confirmed.”
He added, "The most important of all measures is that the federal government continues to release the salaries of employees in the region on a monthly basis without any delay."
He explained, “Technical matters are related to the distribution mechanism, and this is the responsibility of the federal government to organize in coordination with the regional government.” End 25 n.
