Shafaq News/ A senior security source revealed, on Friday, that the security services concerned with protecting water projects in Baghdad had entered a state of alert, after receiving information about the threat of targeting those projects.
The source told Shafaq News Agency, "Accurate intelligence information was received by the security services indicating that groups intend to target water projects in Baghdad by poisoning or bombing."
The source pointed out, "Raising the pace of caution and informing the guards protecting the facilities and the night guards to increase their numbers during this period in the projects affiliated with the Baghdad Water Directorate."
