Today, Monday, the leader of the United Anbar Alliance, Mohammed al-Dulaimi, accused the leadership of the region of paving the way for the Turkish army to infiltrate large areas of northern Iraq.
Al-Dulaimi told Al-Maalouma Agency, "This new Turkish invasion is different from the previous one because the Turkish army has reached deep into Dohuk Governorate, in addition to displacing the population under the pretext of fighting the Kurdistan Workers' Party."
He called for "condemning the Kurdistan Regional Government."
He added, "The Turkish invasion is a violation of Iraqi sovereignty in agreement with the regional government, expressing surprise at the silence of the Iraqi Foreign Ministry." End/12A
