[rtl]The Federal Supreme Court announced today, Sunday, the rejection of the appeal filed against the Basra-Aqaba pipeline project.[/rtl]
[rtl]MP Saud Al-Saadi said in a tweet followed by "Al-Eqtisad News": "Unfortunately, the Federal Supreme Court rejected, today in a session without pleading, our appeal against the so-called Basra-Haditha pipeline project; due to lack of jurisdiction according to the form in which the lawsuit was filed."[/rtl]
[rtl]He added: "We will continue to knock on the doors of the judiciary and will not tire of confronting and protecting Iraqi wealth and capabilities."[/rtl]
