The Executive Director of the Iraq Development Fund, Mohammed Al-Najjar, believes that electronic payment has achieved acceptable results in various regions.
He told Al Sabah: The great government support for this joint, which will transfer the reality of financial transactions to a new stage, requires that all concerned institutions work to develop their performance and make the services provided rise to the level of international standards in an actual and serious manner.
