[size=45]The ministry stated in a statement that “after the book on deducting financial amounts for the directorates spread on social media, it confirmed that the deductions referred to in the book do not include all the general directorates of education, but rather some directorates that did not deduct the national campaign stamp fees, amounting to two thousand dinars, during a whole year, due to the procrastination of a number of directorates.”[/size]
[size=45]She added, "The deduction is included in the National Campaign Stamp Duty Law for Building Schools and Kindergartens No. 19 of 2019, Article 1, First, and the Stamp Duty Law No. 71 of 2012, Article 12, and this fee is imposed on all Iraqi ministries and entities not affiliated with a ministry."[/size]
