Al-Sudani: The government supports the Iraqi Media Network

Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani expressed the government's support for the work of the Iraqi Media Network and its mission to enhance professionalism in the Iraqi media environment.
The Prime Minister's Media Office stated in a statement that "Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani received (yesterday, Sunday) the head of the Iraqi Media Network, Karim Hammadi, and listened, during the meeting, to a briefing on the reality of the network's work, the most important challenges facing national media work, and the paths in which the network's channels and windows play their role in providing an objective and fair media service to the Iraqi citizen, and reflecting the true picture of the overall performance of government agencies in various fields." According to the statement, the Prime Minister stressed "the government's support for the work of the Iraqi Media Network and its tasks in enhancing professionalism in the Iraqi media environment, in accordance with the democratic and constitutional path, and supporting it with all media efforts to provide information and preserve Iraqi moral and social values and constants."
He pointed out that "support will be provided to the Iraqi Media Network to host the fourth session of the Arab Media Conference, scheduled to be held in the capital, Baghdad, next April, under the auspices of the Arab States Broadcasting Union, affiliated with the League of Arab States."
On the other hand, Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani chaired the regular meeting of the Supreme Committee for Investment and Reconstruction yesterday, Sunday, and the meeting considered the investment file for Wasit Governorate. Within the government’s vision for establishing new cities, approval was given to establish the “New Wasit Residential City,” which includes the distribution of residential lands.
