Today, Sunday, the Legal Department at the Ministry of Finance issued new controls for calculating the guaranteed service for employees.
The Ministry of Finance stated in a statement received by Al-Maalouma Agency, that "the legal department in the ministry issued the controls for calculating the guaranteed service, based on Labor Law No. 37 of 2015 and Retirement and Social Security Law for Workers No. 18 of 2023."
She pointed out that "this service was calculated for the purposes of bonus, promotion and retirement." End/25
