    {Local: Al Furat News} The National Data Center Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers confirmed that the Ministry of Electricity has provided an electronic service for calculating the cost of energy consumption.
    The Director of the National Data Center Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said in a statement that Al-Furat News Agency received a copy of, that "it is possible to access this service directly through the official website of the ministry, or through the Ur portal for government services (click [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] )."
    And he indicated that the service of calculating the cost of energy consumption was included in the context of the electronic platform project for government services, whose services the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers aspires to be comprehensive.  
    He continued, "As for the mechanism of application of the consumption cost calculation service, it includes calculating the cost of electrical energy for all types of consumption (domestic, commercial, industrial, agricultural, government), and the calculation is either according to the devices used or according to the scale."
    He pointed out that "and in the interest of the Iraqi government to provide and make information available to citizens, the National Data Center Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers provides an advisory service on the mechanism of applying for electronic services by calling the phone number 5599, and answering any inquiries related to the work of the Ur portal and services available within it.
