The Commission's investigations department, in a statement on the details of the investigation carried out under a judicial memorandum, indicated that the IDA's staff in Diyala governorate were able to arrest the accused in a fraudulent manner, indicating that he had acted unlawfully in the treatment of a property belonging to the Ministry of Finance.
She explained that the preliminary investigations conducted by the group led to the accused acting on the 344 dunums plot of land and registering them illegally.
