The Coordination Framework held its periodic meeting in the office of the head of the Hikma Movement, Ammar al-Hakim, in the presence of Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani and the leaders of the Coordination Framework.
The attendees discussed the files on the agenda, and exchanged views on developments in Iraqi and regional political affairs.
The meeting pointed out that the Coordination Framework appreciated the government's steps in achieving and extending security, restoring the state's prestige, arresting wanted persons and handing them over to the judiciary, calling on the members of the House of Representatives to hold a meeting next Saturday to decide on the presidency of the council and put an end to the vacancy of this important position throughout the past period.
