    [size=45]The Minister of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs, Abdullah Haji Mahmoud, said that his ministry spent more than 19 and a half billion dinars on studying the families and children of the martyrs, the Anfal and the political detainees, during the past three years.[/size]
    [size=45]Abdullah Haji Mahmoud's statements came, in a video speech, in which he talked about the achievements of his ministry during the three years of the ninth government cabinet.[/size]
    [size=45]He added, "We issued orders to grant 11,141 plots of land to the families of the martyrs, Anfal victims, prisoners and political prisoners in the Kurdistan Region, and 200 apartments, 375 houses and 5500 plots of land were registered in Erbil for the families of the martyrs and Anfal victims."[/size]
    [size=45]In his speech, the minister confirmed the transfer of the case of 1,085 martyrs during the confrontations with ISIS, from the Ministry of Peshmerga to the Ministry of Martyrs and Anfal Affairs, without creating financial burdens.[/size]
    [size=45]He continued, "Law No. 9 of 2015, concerning genocide, was implemented and the identification of 361 people as victims of genocide stipulated in the law, and who were not organized in previous governments."[/size]
    [size=45]Abdullah Haji Mahmoud indicated that the remains of 171 martyrs and Anfal people were exhumed from the Samawah desert, and the files of 17,889 martyrs from Sinjar were audited and reviewed, and data and lists of 10,000 cases of political prisoners were prepared and organized.[/size]
    [size=45]The minister pointed out that the names of all the sons and daughters of the martyrs and Anfal victims were put on lists, to provide services to them. He pointed out that 2,000 complaints submitted by the families of the martyrs were responded to, and were not followed up during previous governments.[/size]
    [size=45]The Minister of Peshmerga pointed out that the lists of political detainees were updated, and new names were included.[/size]
