According to a statement issued by the council that "the agenda of the session includes reading the report of the Commission on Human Rights on the work of the Committee and vote on the draft Fifth Amendment to the law of maintenance of irrigation and drainage No. 12 of 1995, and vote on the draft law amending the judicial fees Law No. 114 of 1981," noting that "The agenda also includes the first reading of the draft accession of the Republic of Iraq to the promotion and protection of investments and to ensure that the member states of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation Agreement".
Abizaid, said that "the first reading of the bill to cancel the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council resolutions law on the agenda, and numbered 116 for the year 2002 and 11 for 2003 and 26 for 2003 and 94 for 2002 and 40 for the year 2002 and the second reading of the draft ratification of the establishment of commercial Ministerial Council Convention on the Law of the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the United
