Parliamentary investment: Insert the amendment of the Investment Law on the Council's agenda

BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Member of the Committee on Economy and Investment parliamentary Ali Sobhi al-Maliki said that future meetings of the House of Representatives will see the inclusion of the third amendment to the Law on Investment business meetings of the Council's agenda.
He said al-Maliki's (IMN), that "the adoption of the investment law in the House of Representatives will encourage foreign investors to invest in the country and the development of economic projects and infrastructure."
He explained that "the new version of the law, that will be in the third reading, will meet the ambitious citizen and the government and the investor in start-ups play a big role in the development of the national economy."
The draft investment law to give foreign investors the right to lease the land from the state, according to one of the paragraphs of the draft law, which will be included in the next House of Representatives sessions to read it and then vote on it.
