    Very good point duck.  Note the Economic plan:

    She is justifying deleting the zeros project.    Economic development to diversify the economy and government revenue.

    This is consistent with the previous article that explain monetary reform will coincide with economic development.

    Economic growth will necessitate the expansion of the money supply through the delete the zeros project.  Otherwise, significant inflation.  The people will be happy with more money and jobs, and the government will solve its funding problem (at least for a while).
