He stressed the need to speed up the application of smart grid program to monitor the performance of the national system with improved electrical load management at peak times, indicating the importance of activating the role of religious institutions and systems of civil society in order to rationalize energy consumption and contribute to the development of ways to minimize wastage and squandered with the use of devices energy-saving.
    He noted academic to the importance of the ability of decision-making to the appropriate competencies of experienced and competent and concern for the national interest and commitment to the principle of transparency, as well as take advantage of evaluating the results of the Arab countries such as Jordan and Egypt, as well as the province of Kurdistan in the area of ​​privatization of electricity and projects generating private sector in order to benefit from them and try to apply As our society agrees. He called for encouraging the use of renewable energy sources and to develop incentives to invest with the need to speed up by the Ministry of Electricity to complete conversion of aerobic networks in all provinces to ground networks in order to avoid leakage of these networks and through the development of a period of time so it was supposed to be determined in the central of the ministry's five-year plan with the necessity of the application of deterrent legal action against the squatters on the national grid.
