Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The President, Jalal Talabani, received an appreciation letter from his Chinese counterpart, Hu Jintao, for leaving his post as the Chinese president.
In the appreciation letter, Jintao said “I would like to appreciate your efforts in developing the mutual relations between the two countries during my term as the president of China.”
“The bilateral relations witnesses a great progress and good political relations in the last ten years in addition to making a personal relations between us,” he added.
“China is honored by its friendship with Iraq and wish to develop the mutual relations in all fields to serve the peoples of the two countries,” he concluded.
