    Said the parliamentary finance committee member Majda al-Tamimi, had no right government to withdraw foreign reserves of the Central Bank ,, pointing out that there are many collection of funds have not been withdrawn years ago. Tamimi added that the central bank followed the House of Representatives and not the government, stating that the parliament is Approves a drawing of the government or not, by a vote of his deputies, but Parliament refused to withdraw the government from the central reserve ,, and indicated Tamimi that the government has its own reserves, can pull it to cover the deficit suffered by the State, calling on the government and the Finance Ministry to raise funds from ministries ,
