    It confirmed the defense of the oil sector in the province of Babylon Association, on Saturday, that there are many problems and obstacles facing the private oil sector in theprovince. As called for all concerned develop quick solutions in order to pay the economic process forward, pledged to the oil ministry to "solve all the problems by legal means." 
    The head of the defense of the Iraqi private oil sector association in Babil province , Salim al - Husseini said in an interview to the (long - Presse), The "Association held today , " yesterday ", an expanded conference in Murdoch Hall resort of Babylon (6 km north of Hilla) to the owners of the distribution of the civil petroleum products and government officials stations , " noting that " the meeting discussed during the conference therole of the private oil sector in promoting economic development and faces this sector is important and vital problems and difficulties. " 
    Husseini added that" the private sector in the field of oil plays an important role in stimulating the economic process in Iraq and offers great services through the distribution of petroleum products distributed to all districts and areas of the province stations and represents 70% of the public company for the distribution sector petroleum products and the General Company for filling liquid gas subsidiaries of the oil ministry , "he said , adding that" the sector is suffering from the problems and difficulties and obstacles are many , including the problem of the contract entered into with the owners of the oil products distribution stations that add each time new material. " 
    Husseini said that" there is a problem which is not giving the province of Babylon full entitlements of oil derivatives , according to census population the province. " Pointing out that "taxes must take on the overall profits obtained by each station because there are workers and maintenance of the station , the salaries and wages of electricity must be deducted and not on the basis of the amount of fuel being primed for theplants." 
    The President of the Association that "modern counters that wish Oil Products Distribution Company purchased and distributed to the distribution of petroleum products terminals with assigned high and now we live in a difficult economic situation , "and urged everyone to" develop quick solutions to the problems of this sector in order to boost economic process forward. " 
    for his part, member of the House Haitham al - Jubouri, said in an interview to (long - Presse), said that "Iraq is going through a financial and economic crisis and everyone that works on the development of the private sector because he can build and develop Iraq 's establishment of many projects, especially in the oil sector in Iraq through the construction of a modern model stations in the provinces", calling for "investment widely used in the oil field , such as refineries. "

    turn, assured the public the company 's petroleum products in Babylon Director Naseer Fadel Kchac, in aninterview to (long - Presse), that " the issues raised during the conference will be submitted to the central departments in our ministry in order to study them , " stressing the ministry 's readiness " to resolve any problem through the legal process, including the contracts signed between the company and the owners of the stations and the tax being consider the private sector in the construction of gas stations whatever too must care for him and provide all necessary facilities to him. " 
    the Babil province includes 47 stations civil for the distribution of petroleum products, in addition to 15 government stations spread over the districts and areas of the province distributes gasoline, kerosene and liquid gas at the official rate set by the government, while those stations under the control of daily to work by the Ministry of oil and energy Committee in the province of Babylon.
