    [ltr]Report to the Stockholm International Peace Research shows that global military spending recorded an increase for the first time inthe last five years, and reached Iraq , military spending $ 13.1 billion since the withdrawal of US troops and spread theorganization Daash region.[/ltr]
    [ltr]According to a report of the Institute, on Tuesday, that "global military spending rose in 2015, by 1% compared to 2014, to hit about US $ 1.7 trillion."[/ltr]
