    [ltr]He attributed the Development Center for Energy and Water, on Friday, the reason for the delay of his mission in theIraqi air pollution as a result of the revival of the oil industry to political differences, as he emphasized the return ofwater to the marshes after having passed the "environmental disaster" in the middle of last year.[/ltr]
