     BAGHDAD / long-Presse 

    Denied the Ministry of Health and theEnvironment , told the governor of Baghdad ,Ali al - Tamimi on a shortage of medicines andmedical supplies in hospitals, and stressed thefollow - up to provide the drugs and supplies inspite of the financial crisis, as revealed about the readiness of its contracts with respect to anesthetics and pending financial allocations for its implementation. 
    The Ministry of Health said in a statement received (long - Presse), copy of it, " the minister Adila Hammoud Hussein following the continued provision of medicines and medical supplies to health institutions, despite the financial crisis experienced by the country and the circumstances which passes out of the fight Daash terrorist gangs." 
    The statement quoted the Director General of the General Company for the marketing of medicines and supplies Medical ministry and agency Ahmed Humaid Al Yousuf as saying, " the medicines and other supplies that were mentioned in the governor of Baghdad , a statement is providing hospitals with it , " asserting that " the substance of nutrients available and the Departments of Health Baghdad 's Karkh and Rusafa Tstelman their share of them." 
    Yousuf said, that " the drug atropine may is supplied which is under examination and will be launched in four days, and with respect to material anesthesia, the contracts exist and are ready and waiting for the financial allocations by the Ministry of Finance , "noting that" the ministry contracted with discreet international companies on anesthetics, which in turn does not deal only with governments, not hospitals and health institutions. "

    the governor of Baghdad , Ali al - Tamimi confirmed, earlier, that hospitals are suffering a great shortage of medicines, particularly those involved in treating emergency cases.
