    Announced Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, on Tuesday, reducing the government's budget deficit to 15 trillion dinars. And while pointing to the inability to solve the problems between Baghdad and Erbil within one or two sessions, stressed that political differences led to the fall of the city of Mosul , however , theorganization (Daesh).
