Yes I remember him saying that, my question is will we actually see them or will they just be in the banks, waiting. How can they use them with the current rate...

I would assume that we will see 200, then the 100, and then the 50...then the RV and then the rest will come out quickly.  Notice I said ASSume.....so don't count on anything i say...lol.
