    [rtl]Parliamentary Finance Committee announced on Tuesday it had agreed with the Prime Minister to adopt a text on the government Balastqtaa of employees' salaries in the budget bill that is subject to a vote in parliament, noting that al-Abadi told the Committee that "loans stretched budget."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The committee member said Hossam punitive, in a press statement, I followed "Sky Press," that "met the Prime Minister to discuss the terms of the paragraphs of the draft General Budget Law Committee, it was initially agreed on" most of the previous points in dispute which started from the government. "[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He said punitive, that "the first points agreed upon regarding the rate of deduction from employees' salaries by 4.8% and the possibility to take advantage of it, or return to the previous rate of 3% deduction, or not."[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He also added that "al-Abadi told a parliamentary committee that the loan has been stretched budget and therefore the government needs to implement deduction, estimated amounts to 1.5 trillion dinars," noting that it was agreed that the withholding of government employees' salaries will remain "a provision supported in the budget bill but will be subject to a vote in parliament. "[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]And on the planned budget deficit to cover, "The deficit rate of 21 trillion and 600 million dinars, and it will control the government through loans and reduce pressure expenditure ceiling, as happened in the budgets of 2015 and 2016".[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]The House of Representatives held on Monday morning, a regular session chaired by Salim al-Jubouri, and the presence of 184 deputies, which was to vote on some of the projects submitted to the Council in order to vote on the budget bill. The 2017 budget of more than 100 trillion dinars.[/rtl]
